The Tempe location, one of six stores acquired from Incredible Universe in 1996, wouldn't adopt its golf-themed interior until the late 2000s. A nod to its proximity to the Arizona Grand Golf Course and Fry's sponsorship of PGA Tour events, key features included: display tables supported by sculpted golf balls and tabletops designed to resemble putting greens, linoleum flooring that incorporated inlaid patterns resembling a golf course layout, and various golf-related artwork.
