The Woodland Hills location was designed with an Alice in Wonderland theme, based more on Lewis Carroll's story than the Disney movie. Key features included: playing cards suspended across the ceiling, faux topiary sculptures, a distorted black-and-white tiled floor, surreal fairytale cottages, and numerous statues of the iconic characters.

Throughout the store, there were many figures modeled after the characters in the book, including: Alice, the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit, the Caterpillar, the Jabberwocky, the Queen of Hearts, the White Knight, the Knave of Hearts, Humpty Dumpty, the King, the Duchess, the Walrus, the Carpenter, the Gryphon, the Mock Turtle, the Dormouse, and the Playing Cards.
